Wicked the musical is absolutely brilliant. We have all watched The Wizard of Oz, made in 1939, growing up every year. Now everyone can watch The Wizard of Oz anytime they please if they purchase the DVD.

To begin, I advise you to bring a pair of opera glasses. You will find amazing costumes, and characters you won’t believe, you will not want to miss one bit, and this is what opera glasses will do for you. Flowing silk materials make up the costumes, the musical numbers will amaze you. Opera glasses will give you all the detail you desire.

One of the aspects of this play that I truly have enjoyed is the discovery of the childhood lives of each of the witches, both the good witch, and the wicked witch. As you attend you will start to understand why each turned out the way they did.

In the performance of Wicked you find the story going to many twists and turns. As the play begins we begin to see the childhoods’ of both the Good Witch, and Wicked Witch. We see that Elphaba (the Wicked Witch) had a terrible upbringing, you find out that she was born with green skin, for which she was tormented constantly by those around her, you find that she was raised by her father, and had no mother to take care of her. Also you find that Glinda (the Good Witch) was born to a rich family, and as it turns out, was nothing more than a spoiled brat. At the end of the performance you attend, you are sure to be bombarded with opportunities to buy merchandise from the show, of all the things you are sure to be offered, I do recommend purchasing a CD of the music, as you will want to listen to it over and over again.

If you would like to see one of the most popular musicals in years, Wicked is the performance to see, it has won many national and international awards including a Tony! If you don’t believe me, simply find a friend or relative who has seen it, and listen to them rave. When you finally go, make sure you bring your opera glasses to make the show as wonderful as possible.

You know that Wicked is a masterpiece as this year of 2009 Wicked is on its second National United States tour. This musical is so popular box office records have occurred through and through. If you have not seen Wicked yet, you are missing a fantastic musical. I would highly recommending purchasing tickets as you will not be sorry. As mentioned above, do not forget your opera glasses.

Jeff Bridges has always loved the theater and opera, he currently helps run an opera glasses retail site where they sell opera glasses. Including Opera Glasses with handle, flashlight, chain and more!

Madame Butterfly is a popular opera that is written by Giacomo Puccini. You will want to bring your opera glasses to this opera. We are about to show you why.

The story of Madame Butterfly begins with a U.S. Naval Officer by the name of Pinkerton, and a Goro, a Japanese Marriage Broker. Pinkerton and Goro are looking at a quaint little house built atop a hill overlooking the bay. Pinkerton finds himself inspecting the home for his beautiful bride, and himself to live in. Pinkerton, upon completion of the home decides to buy the home for 999 years, while holding the right to cancel the agreement at any time.

The opera moves on, and we find that a wedding between Pinkerton and Butterfly is about to take place. Almost all of Butterfly’s family will be coming to attend, however her uncle will not be coming due to the fact that he is a priest.

Although Pinkerton is marrying Butterfly, his goal is to get the love of as many beautiful women as possible. This is the reason he wants to have the right to cancel the housing agreement each and every month. Soon you will want to put on your opera glasses to see the beautiful Butterfly.

Before the Japanese beauty, Butterfly, enters the opera, the American consul comes out and asks Pinkerton if he truly loves his soon-to-be bride. Pinkerton cannot commit with a yes. He only describes how mesmerized he is by Butterfly’s personality which includes innocence, beauty and charm. One day Pinkerton speaks of having a real marriage to an American woman.

Butterfly finally graces the stage. The wedding of the Officer and Butterfly begins, as Butterfly’s family looks on. After the wedding has taken place, we find Butterfly’s uncle has broken into the party, he has found out that Butterfly has abandoned her own religion for Pinkerton’s by marrying him. Butterfly is crushed, but is consoled by her unloving husband Pinkerton.

Months and weeks pass Butterfly and Pinkerton stay happily married, Butterfly is beyond content, nearly exploding with joy with the marriage to the man that she loves so much. One day Pinkerton finds that he must leave to fulfill his service as a naval officer, and tells Butterfly that he will soon return.

The third act opens to see that three years have passed since Pinkerton left. Every day, Butterfly watches from her windows to see if Pinkerton’s ship will come in. Butterfly has fallen even more in love with the missing man as the time has passed. One day, she sees a man walking up the path. She recognizes as the American Consul who is the friend of Pinkerton. She greets him, hoping for news from the love of her life. The truth of the matter is that Pinkerton has sent him to tell her that he has married another woman, and that he wont return. The news is given by the American guiltily.

Butterfly weeps as she hears the story of betrayal and leaves the room distraught. After a short moment she returns carrying a child, and reveals to the American Consul that it is Pinkerton’s. She exclaims with all her heart that her husband could not possibly leave her wife and child for another. After further conversation with the Consul, she accepts that her husband was never truly hers.

The story does not end here, but to find out the end of the story you will have to see Madame Butterfly for yourself. The costumes are sure to amaze, the music cannot be forgotten, and the story riveting. Make sure you don’t forget to bring your opera glasses so that you can fully enjoy every moment.

Before you attend any performance make sure that you have a good pair of opera glasses.
Have you been at a concert or in a theater and wished you could see the stage better? You should consider getting a pair of opera glasses. They are more than just beautiful and classic pieces of history. Modern opera glasses can help you see what is going on around you at any performance. This need has not changed since the 1800’s when they became popular with people attending the Paris opera.

Opera was becoming an increasingly popular social event. But not everyone was able to afford the high prices for seats with a close view of the stage. To get a good view of what was happening on stage it became necessary to find a compact way of magnifying it. Scientists found a way to combine telescopic lenses with stereoscopic prisms and invented a method by which a clear three dimensional view of the stage was available.

Opera glasses rapidly became status symbols and ways for people to show off their wealth. If you had the money to attend the opera you wanted others to know it. And a great deal of business was conducted at intermission as well. A huge portion of the high society social calendar was taken up by opera season.

People found ways to make the glasses much more ornate. They became an accessory that told a lot about the owner’s social status. They often featured elaborate cases made of precious metals or that were highly enameled. Inlays of mother-of-pearl and other precious materials also became quite common. There were also several variations that became popular. They included the lorgnette, with a handle that allowed you to hold the glasses up to your face. There was also a folding version that was popular as it could be collapsed and stored in a purse or other case.

Opera glasses are still used today and can be quite helpful in modern theaters which can be very large. You can find them in many specialty stores such as ones which sell cameras and binoculars. There are also a number of websites which sell opera glasses. These can be good starting places to look. These sites allow you to compare a number of different models and prices.

Before you decide which style you want you should make sure that the magnification factor is correct. You want to make sure that they are fairly low powered. High levels of magnification are best for binoculars and telescopic camera lenses. Most experts agree that you should look for a 3x magnification factor. You should stay away from a magnification factor of 5x or higher.

Once you know what your options are you can decide what style you are interested in. They still come in folding and lorgnette styles. There are compact models which will fold down into plastic cases which can make them more durable for outside use. This could be handy at an outdoor concert or at a rock concert where you may accidentally drop them.

If you are someone who wants to view theatre performances but are not able to pay high prices for your tickets, then opera glasses might be a good solution for you. It will allow you to feel in touch with the past and still enjoy the fine details of modern performances from anywhere in the theater.

Before you attend any performance make sure that you have a good pair of opera glasses. Here you can check out Opera Glasses with handle, flashlight, chain and more!

Phantom of the Opera is a marvelous performance that will send your feelings through an array of emotions from sadness, happiness, to fright. When planning on attending a performance of the Phantom of the Opera make sure you bring your opera glasses.

The story of the Phantom of the Opera begins in Paris sometime in the 1800’s when two men take ownership of an old theater house believed to be haunted by a ghost. The ghost is said to be the spirit of a construction worker of the theater named Erik, who haunts the theater. The truth of the matter is that Erik is very much alive, although severely disfigured from birth. To cover his disfigured face, he wears the mask which has become the symbol of this wonderful performance.

The plot progresses when Erik appears to one of the stage performers Christine. He tells her that he has been sent to her by her dead father to give her voice lessons, and that he is an angel her father spoke of called The Angel of Music. The Phantom begins to give voice lessons to Christine though the walls of her dressing room, careful to never let her, or anyone see him. As the plot continues, Christine becomes an amazing singer, and quickly advances to being the star of the show.

Christine, one night, faints during a performance. A daring man in the audience comes to her rescue. We come to find out that this daring man is Raoul, a childhood friend of Christine. We find also that Raoul has fallen in love with her. Raoul begins to attend Christine’s performances regularly, showering her with gifts.

Erik begins to become jealous of Raoul, and their relationship. Erik can no longer hold himself back from seeing Christine and meeting her in person. Of course, Erik is wearing his famous mask. Erik brings Christine to his area where he hides out and lives under the opera house.

Christine becomes frightened and angered at Erik and wants to be let go back out into the world. Erik makes a promise to let her go after five days of being with him. Erik gives Christine a tour of his home which if very strange and horrific. Chills will be sent down your spine. Make sure you have your opera glasses out for this moment in the theatre.

Christine cannot wait to see just who Erik is and why the mask is on his face. She grabs his mask and quickly takes it off during a remarkable duet. Grab your theatre glasses so you may get a glimpse of Erik’s face. The lights may be too dimmed but it is worth a try! More chills will be sent down your spine with the screaming from the horrible site revealed. This deception angers Erik who now thinks he will not let Christine leave his spooky home. Erik so wants Christine to love him and you can feel his passion.

As the storyline carries on you will continue to be mesmerized by the music and wonderful performance that is given. But to see how The Phantom of the Opera ends, you will have to see it for yourself. This is one performance that you will want to see again and again. The wonderful storyline of the Phantom of the Opera with opera glasses is highly recommended.

Before you attend any performance make sure that you have a good pair of opera glasses. Here you can check out Opera Glasses with handle, flashlight, chain and more!

Remortgages and homeowner loans can also be used for the fun things in life. These are such things as a luxury, no expense spared trip to the Big Apple.

Imagine using a little of the equity tied up in your home to take a five star trip to say New York. Stay in luxury in such hotels as The Four Seasons or The Waldorf Astoria.

Saunter through Central Park hand in hand with your partner and try to rekindle the romance that seemed to be lost in the hustle and bustle of your day to day life in the UK and kick the red and gold Autumn leaves that gather at your feet.

One of the great things about New York is the food that it has to offer at every street corner. There are restaurants from all over the world from China, Korea, Japan, France, Mexico, Turkey, etc. etc. Perhaps in general it is the Italian restaurants that a majority of people prefer.

Ther is bound to be a Mario’s on one street or the other and all these restaurants may offer regional cuisine from different areas of Italy. If seafood is your favourite food it will be more possible to find mouth watering sea food in a Neapolitan restaurant. Enjoy the langoustines, oysters, squid, etc served with delicious pasta often black with the ink from cuttle fish giving a more intense taste of the sea all washed down with the best wine in the house. There is no need to economize on the food you choose as your remortgage or homeowner loan will pay for it all, and the repayments are affordable.

After dinner roam the streets and enjoy the ambience of this most vibrant of cities, and window shop or better still go in and treat yourself to some designer clothing. Remember you are in the home of DKNY.If you like the theatre or simply want to go to a show for the first time, there is no better place to do this than on Broadway. This Broadway show can complete a perfect day.

Life really does become more enjoyable with a little help by way of a remortgage, homeowner loan or secured loan.

When you go to Las Vegas, one of the things you will see everywhere are the shows. Every hotel has a show and some of them are spectacular with big name stars. It is something that you have to see to believe and these expensive shows are one of Las Vegass calling cards.

There are a lot of different choices of shows as you would expect and a wide variety of prices as well. The big name entertainers will cost you the most to see while the lesser-known acts are more reasonable. You have everything to choose from including magicians, hypnotists, singers, comedians and much more.

Some of the high end shows are quite breathtaking and productions of this magnitude can only be seen in a place like Las Vegas. For instance, the Blue Man Group does put on shows from time to time in other cities but nothing can compare to the show they put on at their home stage in Vegas. Everything is bigger and better in Vegas and the shows are no different.

The ultimate in Las Vegas entertainment is the Cirque du Soleil. Its an experience of a lifetime that will leave you in awe of the performers ability to take you into their world and temporarily be part of it. Walking into the theatre alone is an experience you will never forget. If you want light entertainment, there are several comedy shows that can tickle your fancy. You can choose from a number of veteran stand-up comics or you can go to several clubs that host improvisation comedy.

If you want something a little lighter, there are many comedy shows available for you to go to as well. Famous comedians routinely go to Las Vegas to sharpen their acts and to entertain and there are some acts that have made a career of performing there. After watching a night of the dramatic with Cirque du Soleil, it is nice to go to a different kind of show of comedy or a variety show.

People go to Las Vegas to have fun and spend money. The spectacular shows are one way that they can have that fun and see things they would never be able to see in their hometowns. Of course, like everything in Las Vegas, they can come with a steep price tag but people still seem willing to pay it.

Phantom of the Opera is a marvelous performance that will send your feelings through an array of emotions from sadness, happiness, to fright. When planning on attending a performance of the Phantom of the Opera make sure you bring your opera glasses.

The Phantom of the Opera takes place in Paris in the nineteenth century. Two new opera house owners take over a theater that is thought to be haunted by a phantom. The phantom is said to be a man named Erik, a construction worker who helped build the hall. In reality Erik is not a ghost but is someone who was severely disfigured from birth and wears a mask on half of face to conceal his disfigured face.

As time goes on the Phantom come to one of the performers; Christine, and tells her that her father who has passed away, has sent him from heaven to give her voice lessons. The Phantom begins to train her through the walls of her dressing room, as these take place over the course of time Christine becomes a remarkable singer, and takes the leading role in the opera.

Our heroine becomes angry and scared as she finds that Erik will not let her leave his world. After some argument Erik promises that he will release her after five days. He then gives Christine a tour of his lair, which is bizarre and twisted. Make sure you have your opera glasses at this point to make sure you don’t miss a think

The story moves on from this pinnacle point, but you will have to attend this play to truly appreciate the masterpiece that it is. The music will amaze you, the storyline astound you in this epic performance. This is a show you will want to see several times, and as always remember to bring your opera glasses to experience it to its fullest.

Jeff Bridges has always loved the theater and opera, he currently helps run an opera glasses retail site where they sell opera glasses. Including Opera Glasses with handle, flashlight, chain and more!

A home theater is not complete until it has a decent speaker system to go with it. In a perfect would, your surround sound would be Dolby 7 or a very least, Dolby 5. If you are going to spend your funds on a nice entertainment center, it wouldn’t make sense to skimp on speakers or audio system. After you achieve your crisp picture, sound is the next most important component that help you enjoy your entertainment center.

you can go further than just that and get the whole deal. Purchase a ‘bass shaker’ for your surround sound system. These component can attach to your recliner or a couch. When something comes on the screen that is intense with a car wreck or some explosives, then the component will shake the couch or the chair you are sitting in giving added realism to the film or show.

I suggest you make yourself a list, or maybe even a paper spreadsheet that you take with you when you shop around. Put a column for must-have features, a column for nice-to-have features, and perhaps yet another column for a feature you find that is specific to a particular brand. And definitely SHOP AROUND for your home theater system! Create a budget for yourself that will NOT be exceeded, regardless of how loudly a particular system is screaming at you to buy it.

Watch for certain systems you like to go on sale. Sales occur on a regular basis, and you can save yourself a load of money. If you are purchasing the features separately, my suggestion is to purchase them from the same store. That way, if there is a hiccup, you won’t need the issue of pointing your finger from the various stores to try and blame each other.

The smart shopper is the one who gets the quality system and doesn’t pay “sticker price” for it. Be informed, know what you want, be willing to learn if you run across an intelligent salesperson who knows what he is talking about, and stick to your budget. You will be able to enjoy your investment in this superb home theater system for years to come.

Giacomo Puccini is the original writer of the popular opera Madame Butterfly. If you attend this dazzling opera we recommend bringing a pair of opera glasses to enjoy it to the fullest extent. And we will tell you why.

The Madame Butterfly opera begins with a United States Naval Officer, one of the main characters named Pinkerton and a Japanese Marriage Broker named Goro. Pinkerton and Goro are looking at a little house with a gorgeous view from the top of a hill overlooking the bay. Pinkerton wants to have the house home for 999 years. His 999 years include being able to cancel the housing agreement.

As the Opera continues, we find that the wedding of Madame Butterfly and the Officer is soon to take place. Many of Butterfly’s family will be flying in to attend the wedding, with one exception. Butterfly’s uncle will not be attending as he is a priest.

Although Pinkerton is marrying Butterfly, his goal is to get the love of as many beautiful women as possible. This is the reason he wants to have the right to cancel the housing agreement each and every month. Soon you will want to put on your opera glasses to see the beautiful Butterfly.

Before you get to see Butterfly’s beauty, one final part of the opera plays through. The American Consul, who is with Pinkerton, asks him if he loves Madame Butterfly. A yes will not come out of the mouth of Pinkerton, nor could it, for Pinkerton, is simply infatuated with Butterfly’s innocence, beauty and charm. He does not love her. Pinkerton then begins to speak of one day having an American woman to wed.

The Beautiful Butterfly graces the stage; Butterfly and Pinkerton are married with all of Butterfly’s family in attendance. As the celebration of the wedding continues, Butterfly’s uncle, the priest breaks in to the party and condemns Butterfly for renouncing her religion to marry Pinkerton. Butterfly’s heart breaks and finds herself in the arms of Pinkerton being comforted.

Destroyed by the news left by Pinkerton’s friend, Butterfly leaves the room weeping, only to return carrying Pinkerton’s son that she has given birth to. Butterfly tells the American that Pinkerton could not leave his wife and son for another woman. After some convincing she succumbs to the fact that Pinkerton did not love her, and is not to return.

What happens next, you will have to find out for yourself, by attending Madame Butterfly. The music in this opera is delightful as it is majestic, the attention to detail, and beauty of the costumes is unforgettable. Make sure you bring your opera glasses so that you can enjoy this opera to the fullest.

Before you attend any performance make sure that you have a good pair of opera glasses. Here you can check out Opera Glasses with handle, flashlight, chain and more!

Hairspray the musical is set in Baltimore, Maryland the year is 1962. Our hero in the musical is is a young overweight girl named Tracy. Tracy has always dreamed of becoming a big star, if and when you attend this musical, make sure you have a front row seat, if you don’t you will want to be sure to bring your opera glasses, so as not to miss a moment of this fast-paced play.

As Tracy is watching television one day, she hears that a popular show is going to sponsor a dance contest. Tracy knows that is is her long dreamed of shot at fame. When her overweight mother finds out about her plans, she discourages the idea for two reasons, one is that she worries that people will make fun of her sweet but overweight daughter, and the other is that she thinks the show plays racist music.

Finally Tracy makes it to the big dance audition, thanks to the permission of her father, Wilbur. As she is auditioning she meets a popular boy named Link Larkin. At this point you will want to make sure you use your opera glasses, as you will want to catch the expression on Tracy’s face, you will see her face light up, maybe in the same way yours did in high school. Our hero begins to daydream that she and Link will end up together. At this point in the musical, she sings a wonderful song about her dream. But as you knew would happen, her dream is shattered when she finds that she did not make the cut on the show, for the same reason that her mother suspected, her weight.

Broken hearted Tracy returns to school, but her troubles do not end there, almost immediately Tracy if given detention, due to her hair being so large, that those who sat behind her, could not even see past her! For this reason, the musical Hairspray, is given its name.

As Tracy sits in detention feeling sorry for herself she meets a nice black boy named Seaweed, Seaweed is a great dancer, and teaches Tracy some amazing dance moves. A dance party is scheduled for the school, and Tracy decides to attend despite her recent run of very bad luck. This time Tracy’s luck is about to change, attending the dance, is the owner of the Corny Collins Show, the show that is to feature the dance contest, as he watches the dancers he notices the moves that Tracy puts on, he falls in love with her dance style, and chooses Tracy to dance on his show. Tracy is ecstatic to find out that at long last she will be on the show! Make sure you are using your opera glasses at this point.

Again after all this Tracy finds more good news, Link Larkin, the love of her life is to sing a romantic song to her on the show! Amber, who is another girl that attends Tracy’s school is also in love with Link, finds out, and decides to take her rage out on on Tracy, cruelty ensues, including knocking Tracy out with a volleyball.

More things ensue. Tracy and others are invited to Seaweed’s mother’s record shop. A party is planned for all to attend. The group goes to Seaweed’s mother’s record shop as blacks cannot go to The Corny Collins Show since blacks are only allowed on the show once a month on a specific day; that day being Negro Day. Tracy gets into fighting for blacks rights. For these intense acts you will want to wear your opera glasses.

Hairspray is truly a wonderful musical, with fun vibrant music for all to enjoy. make sure that you remember your opera glasses to make sure you have the best seat in the house.

Before you attend any performance make sure that you have a good pair of opera glasses. Here you can check out Opera Glasses with handle, flashlight, chain and more!
